Important Notes

• • Standard hotel check-in time is usually 15:00 hrs and check-out is 11:00 hrs unless otherwise specified.
• • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges.
• • Valid government-issued photo ID and passport are mandatory for all travelers during check-in and travel.
• • Passport must have a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of travel.
• • Hotel rooms are generally provided on a twin-sharing basis unless otherwise specified.
• • Triple occupancy rooms may be limited and may include a rollaway bed, sofa bed, or extra mattress.
• • Group departure is subject to a minimum number of passengers. If the minimum group size is not achieved, the departure may be rescheduled or cancelled.
• • Tour prices are based on current airfare, exchange rate, fuel surcharge, and supplier costs. Any increase before final payment may result in a price revision.
• • Flight timings, airline schedules, and routing are subject to change without prior notice.
• • Baggage allowance is strictly as per airline policy. Excess baggage charges must be paid directly by the passenger.
• • Visa requirements and documentation are the responsibility of the traveler unless specifically mentioned.
• • Schengen visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy / consulate. Visa fees are non-refundable in case of rejection.
• • Travel insurance is highly recommended / mandatory for international travel and is subject to policy terms and conditions.
• • Itinerary sequence may be changed based on local conditions, weather, traffic, public holidays, or operational requirements.
• • All timings mentioned in the itinerary are approximate and subject to change.
• • The company reserves the right to change hotels, sightseeing order, routes, or attractions due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
• • Entrance fees to monuments and attractions are included only if specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
• • Meals included are strictly as per itinerary. Special dietary requirements must be informed in advance and are subject to availability.
• • No refund shall be provided for missed meals, sightseeing, transfers, or any unused services due to personal reasons, delays, illness, or late arrival.
• • Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, minibar, drinks, and medical expenses are not included.
