1. Package Validity - The quoted package price is based on current airfare, hotel rates, exchange rates, and minimum group size. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until full payment is received.
2. Minimum Group Size - This group departure is valid for a minimum of 25–30 passengers. In case the minimum group size is not met, the departure may be rescheduled or repriced. Passengers will be informed at least 30 days prior to departure and offered an alternate departure date or applicable refund.
3. Visa Approval - Schengen visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective consulate / embassy. Submission of documents or payment does not guarantee visa approval.
4. Visa Rejection / Delay - In case of a Schengen visa rejection, visa and service fees are non-refundable, applicable cancellation charges will apply to refundable package components, and visa approval is solely at the consulate's discretion.
